For transparency, after tax I am currently making 10-15% of the daily wage of my employees.

You will get pay rises to keep you indexed with this figure.

The best way to do this is to keep your wellness high. A worker with 100 wellness will produce more then double the grain a worker with 40 wellness will produce if they have the same skill, and your pay will reflect this. [NB - this means the highest paid worker is not necessarily the highest skilled]

The best way to make your wellness jump from around 50 where it started to in the 90s is to fight in the training war once you reach level 5. A guide of how to fight is here. You should train every day btw, 2xp per fight.

Notice to company managers:
I have recently received mail asking if I would consider price fixing and selling my grain for 0.76AUD.

I am a strong believer in free markets. If you believe that in order to gain the profit margin you desire your only option is to artificially inflate the price, I suggest finding another market to invest in. I will not play such games ever, and will sell my grain for whatever I wish.
