The uneasy peace between IVF and IDF is now fully ratified, discussed and negotiated thoroughly.
BB is not issuing commands, or mobilisations, and has ceased recruitment for the unrecognised force.
Any Toy Soldier on IRC or otherwise is neither endorsed nor approved by the High Command of IVF.
In these dark times, IVF is full dissolved and folded back into the loving Ulster Arms of the CoS of the IDF.
Take note of this citizens, I don't want to have to keep repeating myself. Neither does BB
He has patience. Mine's run out.
Don't make me tell you again that the IDF is the ONLY army here, endorsed, funded and
supported by the Government, and approved for mobilisation at home or overseas.

Regrettably, a failure to pledge allegiance by a former divisional Commanding Officer has led to
his dismissal on obvious grounds.
Any soldier BLATANTLY and OPENLY refusing to honour his Country, his President in Office, his M.o.D. and his Chief of Staff will not be provisioned, mobilised or included in IDF activities.
Not on IRISH taxpayers money. Never.
If there are changes of heart, I'm listening.
These are dark times, I tell you again. I want every Irish patriot and solider in the IDF.
Every last one that wishes to join.
But, your Government and your War Council will not tolerate disssent.
This is a ****ing army lads, not a tea-party.

Planning for this divsion has been going on since the mists of e-Irish time and history, and we have had a few false starts.

All that is behind us now, thanks to the continued hard work of one man, since the Shannon Exercise, he's had **** all else to do. LOL.

The Commanding Officer, Colonel Nithraldur, *salutes* will be heading up the recruitment drive, and operational framework for this division.

Division 24. That's 24*7*365 lads.

'Sciathán Fianóglach an Airm' , which is translated as 'The Army Ranger Wing'.
The selection criteria is tough, as it should be.

After initial screening of CVs and battlescars.( I volunteer for the body-exam LMAO), you will get a thorough grilling by survey technique.
You pass? You pledge? Hell, you may even get paid!

Ops framework?
You need to be active, available, mobile.
Ops orders and mobilisation methods will remain TopSecret, to all but High Command.
It includes an ARW seperate IRC channel, passworded, of course.
Topics will always list the outstanding orders for that moment.
Nith has also set up a seperate private forum just for the ARW, with only a couple of threads to
allow for a shorter log in time with maximum information.
The forum has a direct link to the IRC channel.


Specifics
The goal of this unit would be to be the ONLY effective 'elite' fighting group the Irish Defence Forces have. In order to qualify, people would have to qualify for the following criteria:
- have at least 12.00 strength
- have the rank of Captain, at least
- have an activity ratio of visiting eRepublik at least 1 time each day
- not being a Party President
- not being a congressman
- not being a Country President
- not owning a company on your effective eRepublik charachter
- being capable of connecting to a forum in order to make a weekly 'sign in'
- being capable of connecting to IRC, any server required
- willing to change personal avatar if needed, to one required by the IDF - ARW

Failing to meet these requirements will result in a denied application.
Failing to uphold these requirements after being accepted will result in an immediate dismissal from the IDF - ARW, they can however rejoin the regular IDF.

The IDF - ARW should be the first line of defense. They should also be the primary unit to be sent abroad. They should also be the primary unit to receive tank funding, if needed.
Home-guard Tanks having been already provisioned, of course.FOR THE IRISH CITZ.
The goal of the IDF - ARW is to be a high discipline unit, capable of responding within minimal time.
The selection is quite tough, comparable to the real life specifications, which could lead to the IDF - ARW having limited numbers, however quantity does not measure up to quality.
The IDF - ARW is to be supplied with the highest quality weapons at the state's disposal.
They are also to be supplied with highest quality tickets at the state's disposal. They are to have a 5 weapon and 2 ticket minimum stock at any given time.
