As i has stated last term, this game is extremely fast in terms of game play. Have a direction is good. Having specific and minute detail is however, a bad idea.
You have seen me work this month, and our nation has slowly climbed back on its feet. Whilst nothing is perfect, I think this term has been rather successful in many departments.
Foreign Affairs:
This month has showed us that agreement with Indonesia has been kept. I hope this month will symbolise a better month between us and our northernly neighbours. Mpp wise, whilst we have let go certain countries due to financial issues, our smaller amount of mpp has allowed us to be more effect in battle. Our recent MPP with ePH, has shown that smaller nations can make a difference somewhat. We have saved them from a wipe fro eSG and these are the moment I look forward to if elected next term. The last thing on my mind with FA is the successful NE with NZ. If re-elected, I want explore the chance of having a longer NE with New Zealand, to further benefit eAustralia's growth.
To sum up my major foreign affair directions:
1. Continue communication with eIndo government in good faith.
2. Move forward slowly by being apart of smaller global conflicts, big boys play with big boys, smaller ones play with smaller.
3. Aim to produce another successful NE with NZ.
Defense:
This term has been rather quiet aside from NZ training war. This is not a bad thing tbh, as right now I would say we are in recovery mode. Next month, if elected, I think the best way to push our first step would be supporting smaller nations in their regional struggle. Obviously I am not saying fighting for everyone, but those smaller nations who has once helped us in our past. MPP wise, there may be a smaller increase of 1 or 2 mpps from our current 10 or 11. This is due to the growth of out budget. Which has in many ways exceeded expectations.
To sum up my department of defense directions:
1.Continue to support our allies and friends with military influence to the best of our abilities
2.Keep up our current MPPs and look for 1 or two extra allies to renew friendship.
Finance:
This month's finance has been fantastic. The combination of regions, NE (which increase weapon purchase) and growing activity has seen the proposed 500k aud income to 600k income. This is roughly 20% increase.
In this term, 100k of this income went to MPP related expense, 350k went under the ADF. The rest, went to strengthen the RBA for future (probably war related) usage.
However, within the adf funds, there is a good proportionate that is left unspent. I think the figure is around 100k roughly, however, I could be wrong. This 100k was saved up under careful management by our ADF marshall, Malgoo. This 100k will be added to our depleted war fund for future wars and training wars. For next month, the budget will be similar. Saving 10% of the estimated budget, between 100k to 150k for 10 to 15 mpps and the rest will again go to the ADF.
Summary for Finance:
1. Aim to save at least 10% of the upcoming month income
2. Retain and attempt to expand MPPs up to 15 (altho it will be likely to be sitting at 12 or 13).
Education and Information:
I think out of all the departments this term, education and Information has been the most lacking. This is my fault, as my focus on foreign affair and defense has unfortunately limited my ability to maintain a strong education and information department.
Whilst papers has been done by both Kaltiz and james R (great job), I feel that this department has not lived up to its potential.
However, with the new term coming up, I promise the people of Australia that this department will become stronger and more active. This is needed, particularly with the amount of new players coming into the game (looks at APP). The older aims will be there. Communication will still be important, however there will be other goals.
Summary:
1. Aim to keep communication between cabinet and players. There will be 3 major ways, forum, my paper and department of information’s paper.
2. Continue to publish education papers, roughly twice a week to encourage new players to join our community.
3. Continue the mentoring program which has just been started up.
4. Start having weekly prizes for small competitions, which will increase activity.
I hope my effort this term has convinced you to give me another shot at this job. I promise this nation 110% of my best effort.

@James Rellori: If you want to be eIndonesian that bad, vote for Larni.
That way, eAustalia will be conquered completely.
Srg4CP!!
Srg stabilized eAus, by voting in someone else it will turn eAus into shit again
What does have an impressive bank balance achieve? Wouldn't that money be better spent somehow improving eAustralia?
Someguy, Im saying that if Indonesia wants peace, That they should vote for Srg, Larni is war mongering already.
SRG go for it!
Vote for Srg91!
Impressive bank balance achieves nothing, altho having a surplus will allow us to face those rainy days. A good example of why we should save money would be the recent lack of senate for an entire month. Due to that, we were unable to withdraw needed cash from our treasure. As much we have to use what we had saved up in the previous month.
To answer your first question, impressive bank balance doesnt achieve much, but it shows ourselves that we are on our plan and a growth has been made.
The Budget money for this term has had 3 focus, 1. save some for future rainy days, 2. Have a decent sized MPP stack and 3. Reactivate our ADF from the wiped period.
For saving, I have decided to take 10% from the tax income to ensure that each month, we will be growing our Bank for the future. 2. 100k mpp went to 10 MPPs that was used for war related needs. Lastly the 350k went to ADF to reactivate a nearly dead military.
However, our estimated 500k Aud has increased to 600k, we did not expect such a huge rise. But we only discovered it during the later aspect of the term, when we reviewed the military, we have found that the military has not spend all of its funding, it has roughly 100k-150k left to go for the term. Hence it was decided that the 100k will be transfered to RBA as of now.
Next month however, the MoE will kick start a series of mini/larger projects, I aim to use some of the tax income to fund these project as prize for competitions and so on, to increase our general activity.
Best of luck mate, we in eNZ appreciate all the hard work you did in making the TW so successful.
Just putting my hand up for position of captain of the e-australia cricket team if you get up
but seriously i enjoyed reading that, up until then i had no idea of Australias finances and the what...
