Srg4CP - Addressing certain issues.

Day 1,139, 20:55 Published in Australia China by srg91

Since the last time I have posted an article, many things has changed dramatically both internally within eAustralia and Internationally around the world. I will try and address each of those issues.

Internal - Country President
Currently there is a shit storm between Larni Kaddlestorm and Goose Step (Crowdedhouse). Whilst Sir_c0nstant and I love the 0 amount of trolling we are getting, I personally feel that bring something so internal into the international levels is exactly why EDEN nations is reluctant to help. We simply whine, troll and complain way to often.

I will start with Larni.
Before the AI pre-cp election ended, Larni decided to pull out of the race. At first, I questioned why, as she can simply wait for the end of the election, make a new party and run there. There are enormous supports for Larni, for her effort in getting 7 regions back for eAustralia. This has been a feat no one in eAustralian history has done.

Larni has been (still is) a hard working member within the eAustralian community. Her reason for pulling out is simply, if Indo is showing signs of giving eAustralia even 1 region and letting us rebuild, then she is not the most fitting CP for rebuilding. Because of that, she decided to pull out. I know a lot of players may think she is pulling out because she lost the AI pre-election and "ragequit". I don't think so, I think she understands that in order for eAustralia to rebuild, she is not the best CP choice. I feel that many players has misunderstood her intentions or tried to launch a dirty campaign against her simply because she is one of the more prominent members within our community.

Personally, my respect for her has rose dramatically. This is not only because of her proven leadership records, but her ability to know when she is able and when she is not.

Goose Step, AkA CrowdedHouse:
If there is one good thing about CH, it is his articles when working for the government. I understand that he has asked players who is not going to vote for him to vote for me (in fact, its the second or third thing he said in his international article).

Buying votes is fine, but buying 1000 of them in a nation which 100 votes will do the trick is simply wasting gold and unnecessary. If your here to run as CP candidate, then stop give eAustralia a bad name. Other national leaders will see us as a joke (as seen from the lack of comments, which suggests to me. NO ONE CARES). Worse is if you are elected, the other nations will see you as a joke and you will get almost nowhere with this kind of history.
Please stop pushing your article into the international level please. That is all.

Sir_C0nstant,
Out of all the candidates remaining (myself excluded), I think SC has the best chance of winning this election. I was a bit surprised at his cabinet, which is like almost as the same as mine (which is either a sign, he copied off mine, or we are seriously running out of players). I like to think the later for my part. But aside from that, he is a good candidate choice for all Aussies to think about.

Paul Hamon:
I do not think it is wise to vote for Paul Hamon at this moment. He has not shown any policies or cabinet lists. He has been a long standing member of eAustralia however, and has been active in the past. But recent he is not as active as before.

I think that is all for Internal.

International:
Before I even tackle this aspect, I want to thank Arfman for doing a wonderful job as a last minute CP. Seriously he has worked into the mornings to talk to nation leaders. This guy deserves nothing but admiration and respect from the rest of us.

Now onto the next topic: Indonesia.
Recently (actually yesterday), eIndo has "lost" the regions NT, Tas, Queensland to eAussie RWs. On the other side, eAussies has successfully "defended" NSW from Indo Invasion.
You may have noticed the "" I have used on lost and defend. Arfman and eIndo CP Kandon, has agreed to a ceasefire between the two nations. The agreement is that Indonesia can keep South Australia, Western Australia and Victoria.

Indonesia army was ordered to fight for eAustralia in the RWs and not fight in NSW region. Hence why it was easier for us to win all of the regions.

I understand that some players may go, WTF WHY I WANT MY F*CKING REGIONS BACK. Unfortunately, we are not as strong as we think we are, and our EDEN friends are busy in other operations around the world (well, Europe 😛).
Personally I see two choices, we fight now, we lose for sure, we have 0 funding, no nation. We lose the game.

Second, we take what we can, rebuild our nation with our current regions, work on ties with other nations around the world (Indonesia is included as well). Give us afew month, we might be able to fight our regions back, or negotiate them back from Indonesia. For me, I think the later is attractive.

Alliance - With the breaking up of Pheonix, EDEN is going to be breaking up into smaller alliances to make the game more interesting. New alliances has been created and talked about. More closer to home are an alliance called Panam, where USA is thinking of joining this alliance with Brazil, Indonesia. The rumor is that Brazil even vetoed eAustralia's right to join this alliance. I personally think it will be ridiculous for eAustralia and eIndonesia to be in the same alliance. They have our regions, it will be impossible to work as allies with that. However, what is also important is the lesson learn from being in EDEN, where eAustralia is clearly a burden to EDEN and may not receive the help when we need it the most.

I do not think joining an alliance is a wise choice on eAustralia's part atm. Forming closer ties will be important, but being attached to one alliance is going to be a risk that is unneeded. We should work on relationship with Indonesia for the moment, to stop them wiping us out of the map.

I think that is all I can think of right now.
Thanks for your time reading

VOTE SRG4CP 🙂.
