I was never one for formalities, so without further ado, the point of the article:

Really more of a mission. You see, ten months ago, I wanted back in the game. I got that itch that all long time players eventually get.

But I didn't like Athanaric. He was mean.

He made enemies with people that he was friends with. He rage,and ranted, he rebelled.

And it got really freaking tiresome.

So, I thought up a little experiment: come back as a new person and do all the things Athanaric never would have done and see just what being a nameless noob was like again.

And it...

...well, it was freaking tough.

I learned a lot for those seven months as a noob, as well as the absence previous to my deciding to do this little experiment. I am in a different place.

Athanaric's not here anymore.

What is this?

It's a hard reset.

It's the "I'm tired of being treated as a noob but don't want to go back to where I was" coming out speech.

It's the "You all know me so let's be friends and back cookies again cus I've changed" pep talk.

It's a birthday.

Or something.

I guess.

I was always bad at this shit.

What I'm trying to say is it was fun. It was silly. I learned and met a lot of awesome new people I never would have as a noob and as my old profile and I'll talk about that over the next few days. But I'm tired of hiding. Forced anonymity and secrecy. Cold meat sandwiches.

I missed you guys.
