South Africa's Next Challenge: Political Takeover

Day 532, 10:41 Published in South Africa South Africa by Oceanus
Liberation: (for those who've not been watching)
For months we have been disrespected and ignored by Indonesia. The long story of our oppression could fill pages. With every attempt at diplomacy we were stood up at the planned meeting time (sometimes at 3 AM) or insulted. Seven days ago South Africa's first real attempt at forceful liberation began. We signed an MPP with Spain, then one with the UK, and the population of Western Cape rose by the hundreds. The world began to take notice. Soon we were recieving MPP offers from the USA, Poland, Croatia, and Romania. Then the resistance war began, Gabriel Borien, future president of eSA!! (I hope), and former negotiator for peaceful resolution with Indonesia threw the first punch by starting the RW in KwaZulu-Natal. After fierce fighting from KZN to Eastern Cape we declared war on Indonesia. With our MPPs we had no fear of being attacked, and we could then attack Indonesia at our leisure from SA and build up our experience and power. We made Indonesia fear us, with the impending threat of Romania on their other front they made a cowardly move, allowing Brazil to invade South Africa, our DoW became ineffective. We did not have enough money to declare war on Brazil as well. The fighting was put on hold, but we will never give up.
Oh and Canada signed an MPP with us two days ago, better late than never. : )

The Political Takeover
wizzie_don and the "Church of Wizziology" are the new enemy.
Indonesia and Brazil are making their most cowardly move yet. They could not stand and fight, and so they are attempting a PTO. Their plan is to wipe eSouth Africa off the face of eRepublik. If we fail then our months of planning and hope for freedom will be destroyed. The eSouth African community that has grown so strong could be scattered across eRepublik. I fear for the very survival of the land that I have come to love. But even if Indonesia wins the election we will never stop fighting. We will always be a thorn in Indonesia's side until the bloody end of their empire.
This is the most important tipping point in African history. Whether you are in South Africa or not, If you wish to see freedom win over, and Indonesia defeated, vote for Gabriel Borien. If you care for the survival of South Africa, move here, vote for Gabriel, and you will have our eternal gratitude.
