Dear reader,
In the last couple of days Bulgaria has been witnessing some obstacles and steady deterioration of its relationship with Argentina. Many of us believe that this lost of trust is based on Argentina's tensions with Chile. Yet for me the reason for the latests events is not Chile at all but human nature, ignorance and the inability of people to admit their mistakes and ask for forgiveness.
Two days ago Argentina was fighting a RW in Central East Chaco and battle against Paraguay in Paranena. At some point Argentina was facing problems winning the rounds and their president decided to ask for help in #erepublik-bulgaria. What he got in return was a kick.
Since the Bulgarian MoFA Team refused to get involved and apologies for this inconvenience and the obvious disrespect shown I thought of doing it on my behalf. I also want to make it clear that the channel mentioned above is not an official government channel and the people there have absolutely no connection to the Bulgarian government and the Bulgarian foreign policy. However, it is also true that this channel is open to all of us who play this game regardless of the players' affiliated alliance. If kicking users out who respect the chan rules is wrong what about Bulgarian allies asking for help?
I want to assure Argentina that Bulgaria respects and assists its allies when help is needed. Yet I also want to remind you that Chile is a friend of Bulgaria, Terra and EDEN and we cannot tolerate any hostile actions against them. As I have said before fighting against Chile is fighting against Bulgaria. I know that most of you are already aware of that fact and I hope that we all gonna work to clear our differences and find the needed compromise.
I am not part of the Bulgarian government but a simple congressman. I do not represent the official Bulgarian position but I represent Bulgaria as the rest of the Bulgarians playing that game. Therefore I find it necessary to say:
Argentina, I am sorry that
1. Bulgarians treated your CP with disrespect;
2. I cannot support your fight against Chile;
3. Bulgarian government failed to mediate and resolve the issue between you and Chile as it was promised to our people;
It seems that our current governments are incapable of dealing with the situation. Yet I hope that the newly elected administration would be more successful in overcoming these obstacles.
Earning trust and building friendships is a long and time-consuming process. Unfortunately it could be lost in a single DAY. Ruining everything we have managed to build in the last few months for a stupid reason like a chan kick, childish ego and the inability to admit the mistake done is something we should all be ashamed of.

Muchos de nosotros creemos que esta pérdida de confianza se basa en las tensiones entre argentina y chile. Sin embargo, para mí la razón de los acontecimientos no son las tensiones con Chile en absoluto, sino la naturaleza humana, la ignorancia y la incapacidad de las personas a reconocer sus errores y pedir perdón.
Hace dos días, la Argentina estaba librando una RW en Chaco Central y del Este y la batalla contra el Paraguay en Paranena. En algún momento, Argentina tenia algunos problemas ganando las rondas y su presidente decidió pedir ayuda en el # erepublik-Bulgaria. Lo que obtuvo a cambio fue una puteada.
Desde el Equipo del Ministerio de Relaciones Exteriores de Bulgaria se negó a participar y pidio disculpas por las molestias y la evidente falta de respeto pensé en hacerlo yo tambien nombre. También quiero dejar claro que el canal mencionado anteriormente no es un canal oficial del gobierno y el pueblo no tiene absolutamente ninguna relación con el gobierno de Bulgaria y de la política exterior de Bulgaria. Sin embargo, también es cierto que este canal está abierto a todos los que quieran jugar a este juego, independientemente de la alianza de los jugadores (en este caso ONE) afiliados,pero ¿qué pasa con los aliados de Bulgaria cuando nos piden ayuda?
Quiero asegurar a Argentina que Bulgaria la respeta y ayuda a sus aliados cuando se necesita ayuda. Sin embargo, también quiero recordar que Chile es un amigo de Bulgaria, Terra y EDEN, y no podemos tolerar acciones hostiles contra ellos. Como he dicho antes de luchar en contra de Chile está luchando contra Bulgaria. Sé que la mayoría de ustedes ya están conscientes de ello y espero que todos nosotros trabajemos para borrar nuestras diferencias y encontrar el equilibrio necesario.
Yo no soy parte del gobierno búlgaro, solo un simple congresista. No represento la posición oficial de Bulgaria, pero yo represento a Bulgaria como el resto de los búlgarosque juegan este juego. Por lo tanto me parece que decir:
Argentina, perdón por:
1. Que un grupo de Búlgaros haya faltado el respeto a su CP
2. No puedo apoyar su lucha contra Chile;
3. El gobierno búlgaro habia prometido mediar y resolver el problema entre Argentina y Chile cosa que no logro
Parece que nuestros gobiernos actuales son incapaces de lidiar con la situación. Sin embargo, espero que el gobierno recién elegido tendra más éxito en la superación de estos obstáculos.
Ganarse la confianza y la construcción de amistades entre países es un proceso largo y laborioso. Por desgracia, esto se podría perder en un solo día. Arruinando todo lo que hemos logrado construir en los últimos meses por una razón estúpida como una expulsión de un canal IRC.El ego infantil y la incapacidad para admitir el error cometido es algo de lo que todos deberíamos estar avergonzados.
Днешната ми статия е породена от влошаващите се отношения с Аржентина през последните няколко дни, които доведоха до отказа на аржентиците за преподписване на МПП. Доста хора, ще посочат като причина продължаващото напрежение между Чили и Аржентина. Уви, Външно Министерство беше поставено като в небрано лозе след като до вчера личните дразги между нашите съюзници не влияеха и на нашите отношения с тях. Истинската причина обаче не е Чили, а човешкото его и неспособността на хората да признаят грешката си и да се извинят.
За какво говоря? Преди два дни aржентинците се нажудаят от съюзническа помощ в едно от въстанията си и войната срещу Парагвай. Президентът им влиза в нашия irc канал, където след поисканата помощ е бил изхвърлен от канала. Тук нека бъде ясно на всички, че наши войски са били нужни не срещу Чили, с когото аржентиците в момента за замразили отношенията си, а с Парагвай, които са про-Оне ориентирани. Изключително неуважителното отношение към техния президент е и основната причина на аржентиците да прекратят дипломатическите си контакти с нас.
След като няколко аржентинеца ми писаха, че се надяват Външно да се извини за недоразумението и че след това са готови да преподпишат МПП-то, реших да поема инициативата и да говоря с Великана. За съжаление от МВнР си измиха ръцете с обяснението, че президентът не желае да се извинява, каналът не е официален, и външният министър няма никаква вина как са се държали с аржентинския президент. От нашият чат канал се оправдаха, че били пияни и че не знаят кого гонят. Нека да напомня, че задълженията на Външно Министерство са то да защитава авторитета на страната и да поддържа приятелски отношенията със съюзническите държави, без значение дали външния министър носи пряко участие за създалата се ситуация.
Знаем, всяка истина има две страни. И в доводите на правителството и чат операторите, че това не е официален канал и че не я мястото където се иска помощ са валидни, защото това наистина е така. Каналът не е обвързан с българското правителство и водената външна политика. Нека обаче не заблуждаваме себе си и хората по този начин. Първо, този канал е създаден за всички играчи без значение дали от Оне, Еден или Тера. Какво говорим тогава за изхвърлянето на съюзник било то президент или не, който е поискал помощ без да нарушава правилата в канала? Второ, на всички ни е ясно, че това е едно от местата, където е възможно да намериш будни българи по всяко едно време на денонощието, които да са готови да ти помогнат. Точно за това смятам и твърденията на правителството, че няма нужда от извинение за невалидни.
Нека се знае, че българите помагат на своите съюзници, когато им бъде поискана помощ. На Аржентина им е ясно,че България подкрепя Чили, но това не означава, че трябва да проявяваме неуважение към тях и да показваме подобно грубо отношение. Не съм част от правителството, но представлявам България както всеки един българин, който играе тази игра. Точно за това намирам нужно да се извиня на аржентинците за:
1. Грубото отношение към техния президент;
2. Невъзможността ми да ги подкрепя в спора им с Чили;
3. Провалът на българското правителство да изпълнява задълженията си и да послужи като посредник в решаването на спора (обявено от traptukan в третото си президентско обръщение );
Искам да напомня, че доверието се печели трудно, но се губи лесно. Всичките ни усилия за подобряването и поддържането на приятелски отношения с Аржентина са на път да бъдат разрушени заради един смешен кик, неспособността на хората да признаят грешките си и да се извинят, когато е нужно. Нека не допускаме с толкова лека ръка да изгубим един приятел, защото в този случай губещите ще сме ние.

When Bulgaria had problem with Turkey (when Turkey switched sides, so both countries were already playing for the same team or better say against the same enemy) Bulgaria asked others not to interfere in that because it's their internal business.
Now, we have pretty much the same situation between Chile and Argentina.

Като иска помощ в #bg-mofa или #bg-army ще му се обърне внимание. В канала влизат всякакви идиоти, които пускат един линк и излизат ей така. Ако беше обяснил, че е президент, тогава нещата щяха да бъдат различни.
Трябва ли да се извиняваме за неговото поведение? Като бях посланичка влизах в канала на дадената страна и казвах коя съм и какво правя там. Не поствах линкове ей така = )
Това, че президента им се засяга ТОЛКОВА ЛЕСНО не е никакъв проблем за нас. И ако едно правителство не може да се справи с тая глупост, то смятайте за какво правителство иде реч.
