It says that we have to follow Demand and Supply rules, so if I don't fire you and hire the other guy that wants to work for a cheaper salary I would be breaking a game rule.

There is an abundant supply of workers in the market, so the salary will go down. If I lowered your salary you would have sent a msg complaining because I did that.
