You need organisation if you dont want move to foreign country(and you cant without resignation) When you have organisation, donate movement ticket there and move organisation to this country and buy company. It has also other advantages, you should be employer and not losing wellness because managing companies. After buyment you or organisation should move back, you will not lose foreign company.

I dont think Russia would be a good place for a company, they have few workers. romania, or other big ones should look into.

It should be, yes.

Companies can't be moved as far as I know. You can manage companies that you or your organization own in other countries though.

Yes, you can buy an export license into the Czech Republic. Not sure if you would have profits.
You can hire foreign workers for your foreign company, but I guess you will have to have a look at how much other companies in Austria are paying. You can set job offers at the bottom of your company page.

Yeah, I tried setting job offers, but it said I didn't have enough money. I sold some gold for 75 Austrian dollars, and set the wages at 2, and it still said it wasn't enough. And I didn't see an option for where the job offers would be seen...

You need to invest the ATS from your organization into the actual company. It should work then.

Eventuelly you can then always create a company newspaper with your Organization and promote job offers in the Austrian media.

Ah, I just noticed that you went for the company to speculate with (7 Gold). I would advise to not hire anyone, as your company is in a region with low grain productivity. In fact, I would sell the grain and put the company back on the market for sale (eg. 10 Gold) and hope that someone will buy it. 🙂

Yes that cheap companies are in list to get money in next selling, not to produce. You should do it but producing will be slow, you should minimalize disadvantage with upgrading quality but still...its better wait on buyer, someone surely will buy that company one time, give price 8-15 golds (depends if you want wait on another speculant soon or on misguided person later).

You should get export licence, but I think that more cheap is offer by PM and donate directly.

or can i buy an organization and go to another country and buy raw materials from there?
