Solutions For Boredom

Day 676, 23:16 Published in USA USA by James Skyrider

Soooo, this is what peace (lower case) would be like around here huh? *crickets*

Umm, perhaps civil war should be an option. I'm just saying. I mean, who doesn't have a state they don't like, even if it's because of a sports rivalry? NY, or even California, could attack Massachusetts. Tennessee could attack Florida (and still lose). Arizona could attack Pennsylvania (rematch). Wisconsin could attack Minnesota (and there would be no Favre involved). I mean the possibilities are endless! The congress member who got the most votes would have control of the attack button for their particular state, but the button would be disabled if the country as a whole was at war. The winner of the battle would simply get bragging rights. This is doable people! I think an open letter to the admins is pertinent here.

Maybe because I joined this game around the time when the US was first being invaded, I am having withdraws due to the lack of action. I'm sure this won't be the case for long, but even one day, and not even a whole day, that is this slow shows me how a lasting peace (again lower case) would be BORING AS HELL!! The only thing that a lasting peace will bring about is a flood of politicos bickering in articles, on the forums, and in citizen ads and doing their level best to destroy our countries morale. Hell, it's bad enough when it happens each election cycle, but could you imagine what it would be like if politics was the only significant thing to do on here?!

A lasting peace would also bring about a flood of inane and pointless articles such as this one, and let's be honest, nobody wants that. I couldn't imagine what it was like before WWIII. So, I guess what I'm trying to say is, if it ever get's this quiet for any period of time, let's do the right thing and invade Canada and Mexico, and possibly France and Portugal, and start this whole thing all over again. It's the responsible thing to do in order to retain an active player base. Who's with me?! Don't be shy, let your voice be heard!
