eIreland, it is my wonderful pleasure to announce that i have decided to run for Congress in the upcoming elections again this month.

Now, who am I? i hear you ask.

Well, thats a good question.

I am a fairly new citizen of eIreland, having started playing just over a 50 days in ireland. But really iv been playing for over a year now as a citizen of eAustralia. In unfortunate circumstances iv was banned hence why I'm so weak. In the 50+ days iv been part of ireland, i have made a lot of friends here in this awesome eCountry.My previous experience in eAustralia is quite a lot, though I'm not going to list the countless roles and positions iv held within eAustralia, as i look at this as the start of my new experience.
I am frequently on the Ireland IRC Channel, and some of you may know me from there.I am very keen to represent eIreland in our parliament, and vow to give 100% commitment to this representation.I may not be the most experienced of players (yet in ireland) but i feel that what i may not have in experience, i make up for with enthusiasm.

Politics
I am fairly new to politics in eIreland only being here just under two months, but since i have been here i have been a candidate for congress last term, a ambassador and the current Co Minister of Foreign Affairs. Society
eIreland's future relies on new citizens. We need to actively attract old and new citizens. We also need to create incentives for people to stay in eIreland. It is not enough to simply ensure good wages. A good government helps the individual realize his idea of a fun contribution to the elife, be it by managing a company, working, fighting or by contributing to the political sector.

Soldiers should have health care programs and travel programs. New citizens should have education in the form of mentoring programs and special companies reserved for them which gives better salary. All programs should not to be provided by the government though. Some programs might be provided by political parties, or other non governmental organizations. That way the programs will not be as vulnerable to thievery, and also they will be diverse enough to satisfy more peoples interest.


Economy
Diverse corporations is important for eIrland. They offer jobs to workers, and their export brings in new money to our economy. Export is more important than many realize, both in real life and elife. The eIrish domestic market is small and does not on its own provide means for rapid economic growth. We really need the export companies, and the Union party believe the fiscal policies should reflect that.

The workers of eIrland needs decent pay for their contribution to the economy, and they also need money so they can buy stuff from our corporations. Money needs to circulate and not be kept in one sector.

The eIrish government should provide mentoring for new corporations, and they should help established corporations find a suitable market for their products.

The government should have state companies for two main reasons. Some of them might be non profit companies, but the government should also have companies as an investment.

The income tax is something that affects profit created in companies as well as the salary of the workers. That is the biggest slice of eIrlands tax pie. We therefore see it as unrealistic and difficult to lower this tax to much. The government needs money for aliances etc.

The import tax should be zero, or close to zero, for goods that we need in our production industry.

The Value Added Tax (VAT) affects goods that you sell at the eIrish market, and hence also affects what workers afford to buy. We believe in a low VAT since that makes products from our companies affordable to our workers. Also, it allows companies to grow before they reach the size where they start to export stuff.

Conclusion
I vow that i will do my utmost to do what i feel is best for the country, and will very carefully weigh up both arguments before making my decision.
