As of April 19th 2008, the "Sogn Avis" news with be changing format to the "Engelske~Anmelde", an english language outlet for the news of Norge.
Regular updates will become available upon the completion of the current newspaper bug fix.
EDIT: All problems have now been fixed and the Engelske~Anmelde has officially launched.
