Wellness is important in eRepublik, and in general, you'll want to be operating at wellness levels above 90.

Step 1:
Make sure you are in a region (state) with a Q5 Hospital. In the eUSA, our Q5 Hospitals are located in California and Florida. If you live somewhere else, you'll need to move. Don't worry, you can keep your old job, there is no need to work and live in the state.

For strategic reasons, it's best to move to California. To do that, you'll need a moving ticket. You can either buy one yourself, or request one from the Flying Unicorn Squadron. Once you have your ticket, move to California (the Change button is on your profile, next to your location).

You can start Step 2 while waiting for a moving ticket, but don't continue to step 3 until you're in Californa.
