So Long Congress, hello again eMilitary

Well folks, I was defeated (quite soundly) in my last congressional election by the new Senator from Virginia, Athanaric. I wish him good luck as he represents the Commonwealth, and hope he finds it rewarding and is able to be of service the the eUS.

I also wanted to take a moment to thank my supporters. Many people reached out to me during this last week, and I sincerely appreciate all of your well wishes.

I am turning now to the other pillar of my pre-retirement career, the eMilitary. I rose to fairly high rank within the National Guard, and I will always have a soft spot in my heart for those amazing citizen soldiers, but I have applied to join the Airborne, and have fairly high confidence they'll take me on, provided there are spots.

I'm always going to try to improve the eUS community, and I am looking forward to this new chapter.
