Snuck Behind Enemy Lines

Day 201, 16:24 Published in United Kingdom United Kingdom by piperbunny

I know Frufru is the Interview Queen, but I'm stepping into her shoes today to interview a friend of mine who you guys should know if you don't already. So ladies and gentlemen I am introducing KBoomer, former leader of The Right Party.

Me: Firstly, a few details about you, how did you come up with the name KBoomer?
KB: I once made up a username called "Ka-Boom!" and needed a funky shortened version of it.

Me: In the good old TRP days, a few people asked me if your avatar was really you in Real Life. Is it?
KB: It's from A Clockwork Orange, it's Alex De Large, I needed a avatar at the time and i don't have many pictures on my hard drive. But it's cool and here to stay.

Me: Favourite ice-cream flavour?
KB: Chocolate fudge brownie. Yum.

Me: What do you think about all these e-marriages?
KB: There are e-marriages now? jesus. I didn't realise we had that sorta thing in place. Well the lawyers need to do something I suppose...

Me: Do you believe in the minimum wage for Erepublik?
KB: Not really, i mean everyone offers enough decent wages, so it's fine.

Me: What do you like doing in your spare time?
KB: Writing scripts, watching Zero Punctutation, Playing games, hanging out with my friends

Me: What was one of the first things you did when joining Erepublik?
KB: Join the army to build up strength, then realise I couldn't stop being a soldier.

Me: In 6 months time what do you think you’ll be doing with your e-life?
KB: Hopefully still arguing with the best and brightest of eUK, and visting Joesph Bryne in the mental asylum.

Me: If you could choose one of the following jobs, which would you choose? Personal Assistant to President Final Destiny, a GM, paratrooper or a spy for the secret service, which would you choose?
KB: I'm a GM now actually

Me: Why The Right Party?
KB: Well you should vote for us because we hopefully represent your values and form a government that gets thing done not lots of redtape, we are very anti-red tape, we just want to help eUK. I choose to join it after the Conservatives went down the pan and it was the only party that represented my beliefs. I hope to offer them guidance and leadership.

Me: How do you think people view The Right Party?
KB: Not well...if it were a personal it'd be a shouting midget in the corner of the classroom, everyone kind of sees where he's coming from but would prefer to carrying on with what they are doing. Hopefully I can change the image in the future to a party which represents a different set of ideals to that of UKRP, TUP and the PCP. Oh and the other parties which I don't know much about.

Me: You have had a few leaders of The Right Party before you, what have you learnt from them to take forwards with you as potential leader?
KB: Well from you I learnt communication is vital, but I don't think I took much from previous leaders as I struck forward with my ideals and people ran out the front door, it's still broken by the way frufru. You're gunna have to pay for that.

Me: Is there anything that they’ve done that you would change?
KB: Convince the members that left that I wasn't a crazy loon bent on world domination? When I took over, and idealised the whole right wing thing, people seemed to get the impression I was trying to start nazi germany or something. Well people seemed scared.

Me: What’s the first word which comes into your head for your former leaders?
KB: JosephByrne – Once a proud right wing poineer, but now I'm calling NHS direct to have him sectioned.
Mr. Brodie – A good leader, but strayed a bit from the original ideals. A bit stubborn from time to time.
Piperbunny – A talkative and well balanced leader. A good example of eUK finest girls.

Me: Why do you think you’ve never been voted in as mayor of Liverpool even though you’ve been up for election quite a few times?
KB: Well firstly I was up against Paul Hudson for a while, who then went on to be TUP leader and serious challenger for the presidency, bit difficult to beat that. Not to mention I was a bit of idiot back then... Smartbomb had a lot of popularity so I lost out there. Overall though I'm not sure, maybe just aren't enough voters who desire my politics in Liverpool.

Me: What can you do for The Right Party?
KB: Well I can work hard for it, to regain it's status, to represent it in the constitutional meetings, write mainfestios and wheel Joesph of to the madhouse.

Me: What are your aims for the eUK?
KB: I really want to bring in the Westminster system at some point, I think it's a brilliant system which should be implemented. Not to mention cut down the needless logjaming which clogs up even the slickest of politics.

Thanks KBoomer and good luck with the election tomorrow 🙂
