Slovakia - Hungary rental agreement

Two parties have agreed upon these conditions:

Day 0. Slovakia will NE Hungary on eRep day 2201
Day 1. Slovakia attacks Hungary. Hungary will defend. Hungary pays 15k country currency for the lost MPPs to Narodna Banka Slovenska.
Day 2. Hungary attacks and conquers Eastern Slovakia. After the conquest Hungary pays 2k cc rental fee for remaining of November to Narodna Banka Slovenska. (Valid till 5th of December)
Day 3. Hungary waits 24 hours.
Day 4. Hungary auto-attacks and conquers another region (Central Slovakia)
Day 5. Hungary waits 24 hours.
Day 6. Hungary auto-attacks and conquers another region (Western Slovakia)
Slovaks start RW in Central Slovakia, Hungary and Slovakia support resistance side
Day 7. Hungary waits 24 hours.
Day 8. Hungary auto-attacks and conquers another region (Central Slovakia or Bratislava). NE removal proposal goes to Congress along with peace proposal.
Slovaks start an RW in Western Slovakia and/or in any additional regions besides Eastern Slovakia, Hungary and Slovakia support resistance side
Day 9. After every 7 days Hungary pays back revenue income Hungary made from Slovak region(s) as a direct deposit to Narodna Banka Slovenska.

The agreement has to be renewed until the 8th of every month.
If an RW starts in Eastern Slovakia, Slovaks help on Hungarian side.
If an RW is successful in Eastern Slovakia, Slovakia has to start from the Day 0. after negotiating the cost of lost MPPs with Hungary. (Slovakia will NE Hungary again, and so on)
This agreement has to last at least for November and December 2013. If the agreement is not renewed for the month of December by the 8th of December due to obstructions on Slovak side, Slovakia needs to return 15k cc to Hungary. (Hungary does not wish to cover lost MPPs to Slovakia for only a few days).
Agreement is intended to last at least one month, (December) and hopefully longer.
If Hungary does not pay tax revenue or rent within 5 days after due date, even after reminding from Slovak officials, this agreement becomes invalid and Hungary has to return occupied region of Eastern Slovakia immediately.

This agreement was approved by CPs of both countries, NightwatcherHUN and OldGunFighter and approved by both Congresses.
