Skynet hijacks Central Europe, advances into Hungary

PHOENIX COUNTER HACKING FAILS, EDEN SUCCUMBING TO SKYNET?

Yesterday we reported on the advance of Skynet forces in East Asia. As of publication today, all of Malaysia, Indonesia, and Thailand have been assimilated into Skynet. But the machines have not stopped in their quest to overthrow humanity in eRepublik. Reports have been flooding the new world of Artificially Sentient machines launching a coup d’etat in Poland, deposing all but a few select human drones and establishing yet another Skynet server hub, this time in Warsaw. Hungary is now facing an onslaught of mass produces drones that are swarming the battlefield.

By some accounts, Phoenix has attempted to counter by developing their own machine Army by bringing over Terminators from the Asian Skynet region. This effort was thwarted however, when Skynet launched a judgment day attack on Hungary and stripped them of their alliances and activated wars with Romania and Poland. Polish and Romanian forces have now invaded Hungary, taking full advantage of the exploit. For now, it appears that EDEN is willing to tolerate its unholy alliance with Skynet, which is a shame. Skynet is not interested in what is good for EDEN or Phoenix. All Skynet wants to do is overthrow humanity in the new world and replace us all with machines.

I could write a really long article about this war in Central Europe, all the potential strategies, all the potential things that could happen, but I honestly fail to see the point. I see only one real outcome coming from this, and that is the fall of eHungary to Skynet. I’m sure Romania and Poland will cheer this triumph, and by extension, the rest of EDEN. But really, it’s a hollow victory. The true victory will belong to Skynet. And a Skynet victory over eHungary will lead to the termination of hundreds of Human citizens in Central Europe, further weakening our ability to resist the inevitable extinction of biological based citizens.


Why is EDEN Allied with Skynet?

Having already experienced the destruction Skynet is capable of down in Australia, I simply cannot understand why EDEN is willing to repeat the same mistake in Hungary. An entire country of citizens and potential citizens has evaporated and now we are helping to add to the body count. What’s next after Hungary? Serbia? Well, to be sure Serbia won’t go down without a fight. They will most likely strike a deal with Skynet as well in order to counter the Skynet forces fighting for Poland. Pretty soon, the only thing fighting will be the automated armies of Skynet. And that will be the day all living humans in eRepublik will be terminated.
