Here are some steps to help you vote people who deserves to be elected.

1. Make sure that he is not a PTOer (How? Look on the donation list of that member. See if they have or are receiving items or emoney from PTO sponsoring countries.)

2. Activity. He/she must be active. He/she will be able to vote on proposals that will shape our country so his/her vote is important.
