Singapore Primary Election to be held 1st August

Day 983, 13:35 Published in Singapore Singapore by Tommy Aquinas

Due to the botnet, and the urgent need of voters overseas, I believe the best decision for Singapore to take right now is to hold a primary election to determine our next Country President. The Primary election will be held on the 1st August from 02.00 eRepublik time lasting for 24 hours.

Here's how it will work:

1. The race will be between Woshiempire and iLord Solomon. They should have all of their campaigning finished before 1st August. Candidates can and should mail party members to encourage them to vote.

2. On the 1st of August, I will post an article in the eSingapore MoC org with a link for people to message the org to cast their vote for candidate A or B.

3. The following day, I will go through the votes with an independent auditor (identity secret) to verify the votes and make the count.

4. The candidate who wins the most votes in the primary election will gain the support of each of the parties, and can run in whichever their current party is.

5. I will announce the winner in an article after the votes have been tallyed and confirmed.

In order for your vote to be counted, the following criteria will be applie😛

* You must hold Singapore Citizenship.
* You must be Level 10 or above.
* You must have worked at at least twice in the week preceeding 31st July (not including)

If anyone has any questions or objections, please let me know.

Please vote up this article.
