For what? It's called the "Donate" button. Blue Jonis donated to him 1800cc.
That's not something to report to the admins.
Admins have forced players in the past to repay any money that was taken through scams or selling citizenship.
That's news to me. Every ticket I've ever seen filed about being scammed has been responded to with some variation of "you used the donate button".
A eUS congressman was demanding gold for citizenship for would-be PTOers and then not giving them citizenship, and the admins gave him the choice of giving back the gold or being permabanned.
Maybe the admins would have cared years ago, now though? Not if it doesn't make them money.
