Shortage of jobs

I will make it short. We don't have a babyboom yet, but our population is quickly growing as a result of immigration from Canada, USA and Spain and from new players that joining. All those new citizens need a work. We have plenty of work for levels 0-3, but almost none for the rest.
It's not just that Israeli population is growing, they are also having higher levels. The number of companies we used to have was enough, but now we need much more. Soon the workers in the government companies will get to level 4 and won't be able to work there anymore. In that case we will there will be needed even more companies.
What I want to say is if you can open a company do so and if have already a company and still don't have 10 workers post an offer in the job market.

Perhaps Israel's Finance Department can give start-up loans to business entrepreneurs that want to start up a business?

Franz, that is a good idea, I've been trying to get 5 more gold to start up a company. Some start up loans would be a good idea, it would give a real boost.
However, I wonder if these immigrants are here to stay. Will they leave once their country is rebuilt? Can anyone forecast that, for the long term's sake? I don't want to start a company then have half my workers leave.

I am glad to see more people wanting to open up more jobs.
I Want to start up a company, but i only have 15 gold which i can spend and i am not very experienced in companies.
If were to start a level 4 company, i would need to have a lot of money to pay my employees, and money is something that i do not have a lot of.
But maybe if the government was able to support me, both financially and in the shape of advice, i would certainly be more than glad to start up a grain company.

And the salaries for Land are terribly low compared to manufacturing. I wish I knew that before further developing my Land skills 🙁
I am able to open a company,I just don't know which one.
I am not looking for just giving jobs away and losing money, I need to make some profit out of it.

I plan on starting a company, but that's in the long term. I don't have what I want before I make a company in Israel.

If you are planning on making a company that sells raw materials, you can only choose grain. Israel has medium grain meaning that you will create twice the amount of grain you would normally. Unfortunately, the grain industry is a little oversaturated in eIsrael, there are only about 600000000000000000000000000000000000 different grain companies in eIsrael, therefore i wouldn't recommend starting a grain company right now.
However, if you are planning on making a manufacturing company, your choice is a little wider. Generally weapons sell very well in Israel, so you can't go wrong with a weapons company, A food company isn't bad either, but people will generally buy the cheapest food they can find, so if you are planning on making a food company, make sure your prices are ridiculously low.
Hey, I just joined and I'm interested in starting a company. What does the government suggest in terms of most valuable or most under-utilized economic areas? A weekly government posting suggesting the best areas for future economic growth and investment would be really awesome.
If I can get the capital soon enough, I'd like to start building an international trade import/export company. Investors are welcome to contact me 🙂
another option is that the state creates efficient companies which give a model of salaries,jobs and provide stock. after a time, the state could privatize them xD
