I will tell you story about one ecountry. This ecountry was big and rich by resources. But there was not much people. And because of this, one day this land was taken by British TO. Their politics feeling was bad, and because of this, this land was taken by Norwegians. They invade whole country. Country tries to stop this and come to alliance EDEN. EDEN let them go in, but after that they betrayed this country and she was divided be Romania and Norway. Then come PEACE(PHOENI
All enemies was beated. Romanians and Norwegians was exiled. British leaves by themselves. With Hungary we broke with friendship. And Indonesian leaves by taking some golds. And then starts this. Dejection.
Everyone was happy in first month. But then they start to insult each other. Many people leave this country. Because it was boring to live there.
Some person leave country forever.
Some person became more and more troll
Some person start to do strange acts.
And everyone insult each other.
Country, that accustomed to fight for her freedom can't do nothing anymore. Instead of external fight, here come internal fight.
Why i telling it to you ?
Shaolins is refugees. We leave our country, because of boredom and internal fights. We want to build beautiful, rich and happy country. Well, some old elite doesn't like it. If we win, we build country that will be known and everyone will be at need to cooperate with us. We don't want to be pawn. And we do not pull your country to PHOENIX. If proEDEN forces win, we will leave this country. And you became one useless little piece of American meat. You will start to fight and insult each other. We offer to you cooperation. To became united. To join Entente. To became base of mercenaries that will come from Phoenix and Eden. They will work in our companies, assume our products. We offer to them more cheap flight to missions. I offer to all clever forces of eSwitzerland union, to do this. This is in you interests too.

Offering something (like cooperation for instance) or forcing something - aren't exactly the same things.
But you will never actually be able to make Switzerland a Shaolin refuge because Spain will just wipe Switzerland off the map in that event.
