As you may know, congress has changed weapons taxes :

We thought that if taxes are lower, prices would be better and more accessible for young players.

But Prices are up and this is unacceptable.

For example : Q5 weapons cost 3 IEP a week ago and now it cost 6 IEP
Think about little players who can't fight because they don't have weapons.

Unless you are planning to ditch capitalism, you can't stop it. You can go for the shame approach, but then you need to be naming names, and they need to care.

If you aren't at a point to be self sufficient, then your best options would be a political party or MU with a commune or that supplies members. As you are no longer eligible for the boot camp, I'd suggest IA as a good starting point for advice as well as supplies.

Admins recently launched a new rocket factory offer.
It's caused abit of a run on the weapons market (rocket factories 'melt' weapons).
Some players had previous knowledge of the impending offer, and took advantage by buying up cheap markets internationally.
