Shalom eUK!! eIsrael opens embassy in eUK!

Dear citizens of eUK, peace be upon you, shalom aleichem!

My name is Ezekiel Ben-Or. As of today I represent the eIsraeli community in this fair country.

As some of you will be aware, eIsrael is under new administration, congress having impeached President Zaib Atsu for inactivity. One of the priorities of the new governement is to extend diplomatic representation to nations with which eIsrael has never had formal relations. As a major actor on the world stage and a PHOENIX heavy-weight, the eUK was our first choice.

President Franz Kafka and Vice-President Hyman Roth have charged me with a twofold mission:

My first task is to improve relations!

To many in eIsrael and the eUK, good relations between these two nations is a lost cause. eIsrael and eUK are thought to be miles apart, geographically, politically and ideologically.Yet eIsrael and eUK have a lot more in common than meets the eye. To name but a few similarities, both eIsraelis and eBrits are staunchly independent, lucidly self-critical and unabashedly patriotic! Both nations wish to be beacons of good governance and purveyors of wealth. It for this reason that eUK will continue to be a place of asylum for many eIsraelis fleeing political unrest at home.

The second part of my mission is to show to the people and government of eUK that although our interests may not always converge, neither do they always clash! What eIsrael wants from eUK is a permanent contact within the PHOENIX alliance. What eIsrael can offer in return - on top of cartloads of good will - are channels of communication with the eUS, eGreece and eCanada that are always open.

My sincere hope is that we can work together in an atmosphere of friendship and cordiality. These are the qualities that will ensure that we outlast the chaos of the coming months!
