Day 601, 21:38 Published in USA USA by stancel

Current Party President of the SFP Osmany Ramon is running for a third term, and with no candidate stepping up, is set to be unanimously re-elected by the party membership.

Comrade Ramon has led the Socialist Freedom Party to outstanding growth, to where it currently has over 100 members and is the 8th largest party in the eUSA.

The SFP has elected a Senator, Robert Bayer, from South Dakota, and therefore has 2% of Congress. In the upcoming congressional elections, the SFP will move to elect him and others.

It is also proceeding with projects like the "United Left" to co-operate with the center-left parties in the eUSA.

What are some proposed SFP policies?

*Keeping Value-Added Taxes (VATs) as low as possible.
*Rejecting "free trade" and its destructive effects on the economy.
*Good jobs with living wages.
*A Congressional newspaper, for government transparency.
*Improving democracy.
*Supporting social programs and building high quality hospitals and defense systems.
*Defending against the imperialism of PEACE, without eUSA becoming imperialist itself.
*The spread of socialism internationally, and a new economy based on communes.
