Operation: Young Citizen Program
Mission Statement: To establish young players in the game provide and with the contacts that they will need to succeed; to develop a community among the other players with whom they will be enjoying the game; to give them the necessary understanding of the game mechanics and a ground work for an understanding of the games dynamics; and to finally make this game a place for players to have fun and enjoy in times of war, peace and the in-between.

Goals:
Teach players the unique importance of the health/work/train relationship that is shared.
Facilitate the development of high skill in the profession of the player’s choice.
Develop strong community ties between the old and new players.
Introduce players to the many organizations that aid in player development and increase the game's fun.

Program Length: 4 weeks
Those admitted as students to the program: Level 0-6

Duties for the program:
Director of Recruitment: To accept players into the program and provide assistance on any of the levels as needed.
Assistant Officer of Recruitment: To aid in some of the responsibility provided by the Director, to help supply students as needed and to provide guidance to the teachers on any problems or situations they run into.
Teachers: To help the students get accustomed to the game, provide them information to better understand the game, provide roll calls to ensure activity, provide links to outside sources. To use their veteran experience to help issues that may arise for inexperienced new players.
Students: To learn and enjoy the game
