How to enlist in the ADF
There are no entry requirements, however there are a couple things to do before joining.

1. Sign up on the eAustralian forums; also home to party, militia, senate, and various other forums - http://community.auserepublik.com/index.php

2. Once you have signed up and been approved (approval is to prevent spam bots), follow this tutorial here, which will give you access to more of our forums - http://community.auserepublik.com/index.php?topic=15946.0

3. After your application is accepted (this is to prevent enemies and the like from seeing all our business), post in this thread with the requested details in the first post - http://community.auserepublik.com/index.php?topic=19606.0

This is all easier than it seems and unlocks all sort of resources to help you in eRepublik. You will be assigned to the Training Academy 'nd Grunt Orientation Squad (TANGO) where you'll learn how everything works. After about two weeks you will be moved into the main ADF regiments. From there you can only go up (unless you cause problems or ignore roll calls, then I suppose you could go out as well).

What do I get?
The ADF has a tiered supply system. Young soldiers are subsidised 0.19G per day for training until they earn their first Super Soldier Medal. This moves them into a category where we give a mixture of Q7 weapons and cash to buy food scaled to maximise your growth and the damage you do for Australia. Additionally, supplies are scaled up depending on the level of threat we are dealing with. Our able quarter masters do all the thinking when you make a request. The exact supply levels and criteria are listed in our enlistment thread and are optimised to serve Australia while growing you.

Need more supplies?
Since eRepublik increased the number of fights you can do per day, you can now hit up to 240 times with food fights, so if you're an active fighter, ADF supplies just won't be enough (we simply can't sustainably supply that much).

So if you're hankering for more supplies, many militia's in eAustralia also allow you to be a member of them in addition to the ADF. This makes for a prime opportunity to get more supplies and increase the damage you do for Australia and our allies, and really, is there any reason not to do more for the country?

That also means that if you already belong to another MU and you are Australian, you too can still join the ADF for extra supplies. Its the way we roll to roll over our opposition. The following military units all have soldiers co-serving in the ADF:
