Selling Companies

We have noticed that there are a lot of eIndians wanting to sell their companies but negligible buyers due to the fact that we cant provide cs to any foreign buyer to buy eIndian companies. This month though we expect to have a working congress and some CS passes. To use them well, I would ask the citizens, who want to sell some/all their comps, to submit their offers to me so that the govt can have a bulk deal with one/more foreign buyers
