We have a very exciting preview to share with you – the new eRepublik tutorial video. Next week, when we update the site, the new video will be going live with the goal to make new citizens’ first steps in the eRepublik a bit easier. Plus, we think that it’s pretty cool to finally see Plato make a live appearance.

okey, fierce or something... but a question, after 2 minutes in the film, you can see the achievements-bar and the medals, after the society builder we don't have any medals, so which one is the last one in your movie? It's new after all...

Palto??? Solve the bugs, and develop other useful staff not Plato. There are so many things you coud add to the game and you choose Plato. I don't like it. Please listen to the players what they want. You coud make a vote, what do develop next.

As a new player, I found the current plato quite easy to deal with. Having all that stuff explained in 5 minutes would overwhelm me, so I would have to stop and start the video.
Nonetheless, quite good, and may help some peope

I would have liked that when I was newer. I know there are other things to do but player retention is a very important aspect of the game and if you don't know anyone this game can be very confusing for beginners.

If I'll just post a comment here stating that it's extremely simple to implement a salary based on the wellness from the moment the user pushes the work button (it's a formula where the received salary = negotiated salary * wellness/100)I'm sure none of the admins would see it. How about I say something rude about your mothers, or the developers mothers ? Hmm, would that work ?

Simple idea for Citizen module. You must pay 5 Gold to become a citizen and vote in elections unless you are born there.

It is good!!! It will help the new players. It is much easier to understand something if you visualize it, rather then just reading some text. Good job.

I would never have started playing if you had shown me that video. It makes eRepublik seem boring beyond belief. Web-based clicky games have been around forever, and this is about the least interesting one ever developed in terms of game mechanics. The only cool thing about this game is the community, and your video completely neglects to mention that.

The video is nicely done.
I would tell you to focus on more important things, but I think that advertising, tutorials and public affairs are a different section of the team. The development team should work harder and implement some real changes to this game.
