Russian communications and message boards to which I have access have become extremely quiet.

What contacts I have been able to generate are either evasive or non-responsive.

The import and implicit message of that is clear.

War is likely.

I meant an actual "hot" war as opposed to the current state of affairs. As for that attack, we were doing our part as members of the now broken ATLANTIS alliance.
