Currently Hungary is holding on to the Dutch region, Southern Netherlands, which they reached through help from the self-proclaimed neutral pro-ONE state, Belgium. My guess is that they're waiting for Poland to get oil somewhere else. Then they will proceede by liberating and setting Natural Enemy to Netherlands, and attack Norway through Northern Netherlands. There's also a possibility that they'll just hang on to France, but that will be a massive drain, considering that the French playerbase is too much for them to handle over a longer time! Most likely Sweden and Hungary will share Norway. Sweden will be taking Nord-Norge and Trønderlag, possibly leaving the Norwegians with Svalbard to prevent themselves from getting a border with Canada, while Hungary will be taking the rest. Since this leaves Hungary without fish, they will be attacking the slighlty smaller nation, Denmark, where they will be getting both fish and aluminium. As you can see right now, Nordjylland is the only free Danish region. Is there a plan behind that?

ONE will be RW-ing Norwegian regions away from Russian control, putting the Norwegian-Russian landrent contract on stake, and when Poland gets oil there will be war between Norway and Hungary. These battles Norway can not win by themselves. I have faith in EDEN, and I believe they will give them their spare soldiers. Let's not forget that EDEN is losing in many battles right now, and that there's more than one front.
Poland might even give up on oil for a week to let Hungary pass through. So in fact we're only waiting for the Dutch regions to be temporarly liberated.
