This is a list of known scammers which have been reported by victims. They are not baseless accusation, as to post a scammer in the list the victims are required to post a screenshot as proof.
So the moral of the story is do not buy houses or generally anything that involves lots of money in currency or gold throught donation unless you are certain the person is a certified reliable trader.
Being scammed of your hard earn gold is not a fun thing (trust me) so please be attentive and extra careful while threading in the New World.
