Upgrading your training grounds (starting with the free one) is probably the best thing that you can do in this game. Upgrade only when there is an offer on (they come every month). Eventually get the Pro training contract (and keep it topped up whenever you can - buy the next one before it runs out).
This all takes gold and you can only buy/recieve 10 gold per day - so turn excess cash into gold whenever you can.
You get 5 gold reward every 30 days worked or every 250 str gained. So work and train everyday. Also medals give you gold reward - save this for the training ground upgrades.

Black Friday 28th Nov
Last year there was a fairly good offer on. Save your gold in case for this.

There probably will be a whole week of the 7th anniversary celebration, with 7% strength bonus and a temporary training field that won't pay off.
Black Friday - 50% off on storage upgrades and 30% off on raw companies.
December is what I'm really waiting for. Hoping for something similar to the last year's. Getting much closer to level 201 and free training and receiving thousands of bazookas in the process would be nice.

save your gold - are you doing this? you should get some free weps from FBI mu - you can afford some food by yourself now. so just work and train everyday.
I save Gold. Point is, that to earn it uses all my cash.
