Sambo112 for Party President?? You must be joking?!?! Err…Nope!

Well hey der, I’m here running for UKPP president. YAY!!!

For those of you that don’t know who I am (which isn’t great if I’m running for party president and you’re only just hearing of me now) I’m Sambo112 and here’s my eCV (cos I like showing off some stuff I’ve done in the past):

So yeah make of that what you want, I’ll now have a little chat about what I want to do as your Party President in UKPP:

UKPP Recruitment has been doing extremely well recently with many articles, promotional messages and some great teamwork, however only a select few are getting involved in this, I want to open up recruitment to the whole party. My plan is to have party wide competition where ALL members can recruit and then send on their new member to me, where they can collect a welcoming gift and earn their recruiter points. The recruiter with the most ‘points’ at the end of the week will also receive a prize. This will hopefully get more UKPP members active, and welcome in our new members nicely and show them that UKPP is a party which cares about the little guys where members support all players and not just themselves, which is something that makes UKPP so great and so special.

UKPP has shown this month that it is a strong individual this month and has stuck by its motives and ideals despite strong calls from others for us to change tack and become someone else. This determination to stick to our morals and provide the eUK with a strong and stable base for progression, reform and for the people’s voices to be heard as made me proud to be a member of the UKPP and I would strive to continue this and build on this, as well as supporting those parties who like us want a better eUK that is fairer for the people, and stronger in the face of our enemies and even stronger in support of our allies.

Lastly in this article I want to talk about this national ‘divide’ in the eUK which everyone is talking about. I believe that this divide is normal, it makes our politics healthy, yes, some people take it too far and act unprofessionally (if you could class us as eRepublik professionals) but I think that too many people are using this to side from others and twist other people actions against them come election time. Despite this parties in the eUK can still work together, and of course they will disagree on things (otherwise they should all be the same party) but parties like the UKPP, while being a strong independent party, can still form relationships with other parties to discuss and bounce ideas off one another to find differences and find out what people want and understand why people want this, so that we are capable understanding why things didn’t work like this or like that, and discover the reasons behind why parties won’t support this candidate for CP or that candidate for CP. If the eUK divide existed like many portray then why do some parties support each other’s candidates in elections? That is because some parties will always intertwine with ideas and work out compromises while others will not as their ideas are so different, that is all this ‘divide’ is, a difference of ideas, and people take it too far by not respecting this. So show respect, end the ‘divide’.
