SAL Congressmen and what they're going to do for you.

Heya eSouth Africa.
Yesterday you all voted in the congressional elections. I would like to say well done to the South African Gold Party, I have never seen such a well planned congress-election. To fill those of you who don't know in, SAGP took almost half the seats in congress, using many different tactics, and generally working as a team. Congrats. I would also like to say thanks to the ANA, for letting us run candidates under them - we weren't able to ourselves due to game mechanics.
Anyway, yesterday you voted for congressmen - and two of our guys, Atliia and Wincenty1, won. This is slightly below our target of three, but Dragon Fury (also known as Ronell) was one vote out of the mix. This is still a great achievement for a first congress election from our point of view. Well done guys.
The first plan of action!
Following onto our strong military beliefs, all congressmen will donate 5GOLD to the Training Division, so little South African newblets can can on more operations and training missions, one day hoping to become big soldiers.
The Second Plan of Action.
We would like to introduce something revolutionary. We at SAL have sat down and have a few discussions with a handful of our active members, and we decided that our military guys work too hard for no pay - so we will be starting to pay a select amount of our military leaders from 1ZAR a day - not a huge amount of money, but it all adds up. Honestly, they do a lot for our country. They should get something out of it, no matter how small.
If any Quarter-Masters/any other military positions who think that they deserve to be on this programme, please get into contact with me.
And finally.
The Presidential Elections are fast approaching, and SAL needs to choose a candidate to support (we will not be running a candidate). It goes to democracy on this one, and what our members think, but I personally will support a candidate that, among other qualities, has on the new 'National Targets' feature, a HIGH rate of population increase ('will try to increase the population by 10%').
Please, candidates, consider this.

Voted. I would like to make one point. The 1zar program Maddog is refering to is the private SAL venture. I am also working on a publicly financed on that would reach all members of the SAAF. Our pockets are only so deep we can not give them all money everyday forever! Please contact maddog. There are so many great people that deserve something.
Maddog, I must say that one party choosing to fund its own scheme rather than placing the 5g into the national coffers is concerning. I hope I can see evidence the SAL is working for the common good and not simply creating a powerful military elite that control the country with an iron grip like the system in eUK. I wish you luck as long as you are helping build and secure the entire nation.
brinn10, the Training Division is part of the eSA Government and is not SAL's own. This has the go-ahead from the head of the eSAAF and the President.

Thank you for the clarification. Since the congressmen from other parties contribute to the general fund this seemed odd. As long as it has the approval of the gov't then all is good.
Great stuff - SAL really will lead one day.
Wincenty1 is an Independent Alternative congressman.
