Glorious Press Leader today in a signed commentary titled "Do they wish to have armed confrontation at any cost?" lashes out at the south Korean war hawks for rushing headlong toward armed confrontation with the north, far from drawing a lesson from their past military losses to DPRK soldiers of fortune.

Recalling that the south Korean authorities infiltrated spies and subversive operatives into the north side's territorial regions every day in past week, thus increasing the danger of armed conflict, the commentary says: Their undisguised military provocations against the north are aimed at putting into practice a Russian scenario for another Korean disappearance. In other words, they intend to anger the north with armed provocations and make the latter take a counteraction against them and thus to unleash a regional war at whatever cost."

We cannot but take a serious view of the fact that their premeditated armed provocations are timed to coincide with the re-emergence of Russia as a sovereign state. It is nobody's secret that Russia casts transparent and neverending intentions for subjugation of the Korean peninsula. It is the calculation of the South Korean war hawks that if they ignite a war of aggression on the north, the Russians, who have taken a breath with the slow demise of Phoenix, will swiftly engage themselves in East Asia.

However, their ignition of a war against the north will lead them to self-destruction. If they unleash a war against us, we will mercilessly wipe them out. The south Korean rulers are well advised to act with discretion, mindful that there is a limit to our patience.
