Rules for organizational entities
As you know, Citizens of Erepublik constantly come up with new interesting ideas that we never thought of or that we haven't been able to develop yet. Banks, lotteries and ministers have appeared in almost every country. Some were created by Presidents to help them rule the country, some by regular Citizens to place their mark on the New World.
Notwithstanding, new entities have to respect the Erepublik rules. The exception concerns the rule of one citizen = one real person, that we have. It is OK to administrate your personal account and another organization entity account as long as you abide by the following rules:
1. The new account should not be hired (an employee)
2. The new account should not be a soldier
3. The new account should not be a member of any party
4. The new account should not vote in any elections
Additional explanations:
- As administrative expenses, you should buy food in order to keep the new account alive.
- The accounts created by Presidents and representing country entities should contain within their name the world "National". The current Presidents can demand from the former Presidents the login details of those accounts and we will help, if needed, to make the transfer.
- We strongly advise Presidents to start working on a set of rules (Constitutions) that should be voted by the Citizens after a public debate. We will promote the voting of country constitutions and help that country, if needed to apply the law.
For paid law consultancy we recommend you contact Platonic http://www.erepublik.com/profile-3184.htm or any other Citizen that has a juridical background.
- Without a valid contract (see Forum - "Contracts" category) it is difficult for us to administrate problems concerning your loans, game prizes, law contracts or any other agreements between Citizens. Therefore, again: if you want to have a back-up, use the "Contracts" category.
These rules are provisional until where needed an alternative is developed.
Turning the media into a profit source
Newspapers are considered to be a profitless source, not a real industry as it does not produce money. It is meant to be a useful tool to help Citizens build democracy (or not), dialog and promote their ideas in their country. As at this moment we are working on improving this module we would be happy to get your feedback.

New invitations, more gold for each citizen
As the loading speed on Erepublik got better and we want to let countries populations grow larger we decided to give 5 more invitations to each of Erepublik Citizen.
We advise you to make good use of those invitations as you can get up to 25 Gold if they are well and allies.

Bad with the new inviations. This means more multi accounts and in Iran there has been an increase of over 40 new multiaccounts.

Don't worry Koroush, the fake accounts have always been banned sooner or later.
Yes I know my friend but when they are not banned, they ruin the country and all the company owners, no point if they get banned afterwards.
I think you are doing a great job (I think Ive said this before...) Its nice to see that you develop the game based on the upcomming needs of the players. Really looking forward to see the results.

Can the public (national) accounts be the managers of public companies ?. In the rules you don't say anything about own companies with these accounts. In spain we think that could be a great idea have some public companies like schools, to give the new citiens the chance to raise skills. P. Sorry for my bad english.
It says we have 10 invites left, yet it has 5 email spots....it is weird
i will said that i agree with Kaleb's idea! User should has minimum age requirement to invite another user. And user can vote "ONLY IF" they have military point for at least 3.00 (the only indicator)
Does banks, minister or lottery have to be a simulated organisation? In Indonesia, the lottery manager is a person, not simulated organisation. And also the government bank of Indonesia did not have the word "National" in their username, it is simply "Bank Erepublik Indonesia". I think we cannot change that since we have to change the username, which is impossible at the moment.
Could the admins please check my account and see if I have multiple accounts in order to shut Koroush up. God you are such a baby. Any more crying from him he will be dehydrated.
Why do you allow multiple accounts? You can use your own account for hosting lottery etc. You should be able to own multiple newspapers and it should cost about 5 gold to make second..
It's nice too see the media section under development. Too many sh*t newspapers out there.
What about adding a function to "donate" a company to another user? (This administrative user). I don't dare to put up my company for sale just in case someone buys it while i switch accounts...
@isnu - all the SOs in the UK set up for governmental purposes are called 'Department' or 'Ministry' and have it in their description that they are a simulated organisation. So I think that is clear enough. And yes, if a citizen is going to run the lottery I think that should be fine
what if its an international thing? (im going to create a international monetary bank just working out the kinks now
admin please consider this " no more free gold to big country by inviting" , i live in 2nd biggest country in the world, and the price of gold in our country are getting lower and lower because there are a lot of gold in our country... please reconsider it
More invites to smaller countrys like 10 for canada and 1 for the large companies mabey?

Can someone please explain to me the figures calculated for Unit in the company details.
For example when it says - Unit: 0.79 / 1 - .
What does that mean and how is it calculated?

Can the national accounts own a company? We would like to create national companies. This rules don't say anything about this.
I don't think national accounts are supposed to run companies but I'm not sure what admin thinks of this...
I think this will be very useful for a country. The other way to do this is to create companies by goverment members and transfer them to the next goverment members. So I don't find any reason to don't allow this. Things will be cleaner.
And we are waiting the admins approvation to do it... Please, tell us something!

One more question. What happens if your company is at Q2 (less say) and then you hire some newbe whos skill is less tha n2? Would they not produce product but still get expireance until they reach the correct skill level to produce producks.

@Izirbat, if your company is at Q2, then you'r unable to hire citiens with skill less than 2. Anyway, you have forums where you can do these questions.

Specially the small one to help them to develop their economy.
Czech republik, Hungary for example have less than 100G in their accounts. It still remains in the fake company created by multi accounts.
When smaller wil develop themselbes, we will be able to introduce competition in their economy, not before.i suggest to ban license to country with less than 100 players.

The Spanish National Administration has been banned without going againsta the rules listed above, we really need to know why, and if there can be public companies...

also Benn Dover and I now own a bank, and i was forced to create an account to complete agreements on a contract using invites from that bank....

if an account is banned or dies the money in that account goes back to the State.

The Bank of England and 1st Commercial Bank have most banks in their friends list. if you run a national or a private bank please send a friend request to either of these two UK banks (which incidentally were Erepublik\'s first )
