Who are the rulers of the eWorld?
58 people across the world have been giving the highest responsibility the game has to offer. Some of them will triumph during their term, others will fail. So who are the January 2010 presidents and what are their ambitions? This series will introduce them to you.

Get ready to meet the Asian presidents of China, India, Indonesia, Iran, Israel, Japan, Malaysia, Pakistan, Philippines, South Korea, Singapore and Thailand. There’s a stunning amount of players in this part of the eWorld who live somewhere else in RL.

Why did you run for president? To unify the nation and galvanise all existing players to action. It’s time we got our pride back 🙂
What do you hope to achieve in your term? Well, I have high hopes of trying to make sure India is as independent as it can get. To set the ball rolling for us to become the superpower the world knows we can become. 🙂

Why did you run for president? I have spent my entire eLife here and seen a lot of change. Many of the recent changes were good, but it appeared that eJapan was moving in the same direction of some other East Asian nations: domination by foreign powers.
What do you hope to achieve in your term? I would like to establish eJapan as an independent and sovereign nation, as free as possible from the machinations of the super alliances. There may be no true "neutrals" in eRepublik, but we should always promote our Righteous Nation Philosophy as well as protect our Home Islands from foreign invaders.

Why did you run for president? First of all, I want to continue Vikta’s dream of eMalaysia – to be strong! I also want rebuild eMalaysia in every aspect (military, economy, social and politics) because it’s been so messy lately.
What do you hope to achieve in your term? Unity, strength and continuous growth.

Why did you run for president? firmly believe I have the best ability to lead the ePhilippine government. Plus I have (what seems like) a ton of time on my hands.
What do you hope to achieve in your term? Reorganization of the military (done), population increases, further development of Sol [SolDiers!], a Free Food program run by the parties, increase revenues, promote the love of the Stapler (see picture), and make sure we survive 🙂

Why did you run for president? I ran for President because I want to help my country thrive. Also, because my RL boyfriend/eHusband/Vice President Boethiah believes in me. His confidence in me gives me the strength and courage I need to help my country head on. Plus, El Presidente Flaco Jimenez made me his Vice President last term and that was the boost I needed 'cause El Presidente rocks.
What do you hope to achieve in your term? I hope to continue the efforts of past Presidents to make eSingapore great. Also, I hope to encourage new citizens to join our wonderful community and would like to assist our current citizens in achieving their goals.

Why did you run for president? For the medal. In the end, Theocracy means that everyone is in charge of something, so I did not run for more responsibility. My job will be to cover diplomatic relations and to click whatever us Theocrats decide should be clicked on the presidential panel. So really, I just ran for fun and personal pride.
What do you hope to achieve in your term? Well, I can not disclose Theocratic aims for the near future, so I will share my personal aims: to reach level 22 and to gain the Media Mogul medal.

What do you hope to achieve in your term? A baby boom in particularly RL citizens of Thailand. 🙂 And make everybody respect pluralism and live peacefully in eThailand.
