Rui Lin + Congress + Tennessee = Win for all.

Good morning citizens of the USA. I'll will be running for congress in Tennessee. I am a member of the USWP, the second largest party in the country. Although I joined the party not to long ago and I've never had any political experience, I still think I'll be a good candidate for Tennessee.

Most of you probably remember me as the DemRep guy who ran in New York. I didn't win but I kept my hopes high. Let's go over some of qualifications. I dedicate a lot of my time in this game. That explains the 4 hard workers. I made a lot of good friends and knows a lot of people. I also have a good understanding of this game. I am a former MI, TC, and ST6 member. I am also a core mass mailer of USWP.


Now, the real platform.

Economy



I support the tax we have right now. This means I won't vote for an increase on tax. However, I cannot give any promises so all I can say is that I'll adapt to situations and choose what's best for the economy. However, I do support lower income taxes. I don't think we should decrease it by too much. 4,5 percent decrease should be enough. For those who don't know what income tax is, it's the amount taken from your promised salary. Right now, it's 20%. This means if your salary says 10 usd, you'll only get 8 usd. Same thing goes for GMs when they collect money, but I taught you a method few days ago, remember? *Wink, Wink*

Infrastructures



What I mean by infrastructures is hospitals. I am aware of people who wants to put up q5s in New York and Texas. I am a supporter of the fortress state strategy. I do not support to put up q5s in these two states. The reason is because these 2 states does not have enough active citizen and I'm not sure if NY and Texas can gain a large amount of active citizens in one month.

Foreign policies and wars.



I support peace but I do believe that war drives our world. I don't support wars that begins just for revenge. Vengeance is meaningless. I've opposed the UK war ever since it first started. Maybe it's because I wasn't born on the day UK region swapped with Hungary, maybe not. I just don't think revenge is necessary. I would like to do everything I can to help get our relationship with Romania better. I feel like all of Eden should be united because we are a brotherhood.

Retention



Retaining players is one of the biggest problem not only the US is facing. We don't need a baby boom, we need retention! If we can't even hold on to the players we have, what's the point of baby boom? They'll just leave! I support the mentor program and I already applied to be a mentor. You should too! We need to make all citizens feel welcomed. If you have a question just post it on a random USA article, I'm sure you'll receive an influx of messages to give you information. Erepublik Wiki is also a great source of information. Just go under the Community tab and you'll see wiki at the bottom. Also, you can join the military or other militias! USA has lots of opportunities for you!
