Rough Draft of a new newb guide

First off, before anything else, a huge thanks to Rainy Sunday for helping me get back on my feet and for helping answer questions I had about all the changes. There were other very helpful people that answered things, but big thanks to Rainy.

Now lets get this show on the road-

The intention of this article is to start proving knowledge to new eAmericans and others who have started this game, and wish to be successful at it. Even though the game is now less complex, there are certain tips and tricks that are worth knowing that will make you a stronger player then you would be otherwise.

First- We are all used to quick gratification, leveling up and being a beast. With the war module now is usage, let me suggest this. Leveling up is not a priority. War is fought in 4 different brackets, based on your level range. The bracket you as a new are in, is division 1. The biggest beast in division 1 is nothing more then a skinny weakling at the beach in division 2. So don't rush just to level, take your time, build up your resources, grow your infrastructure. This game is about a mindset, and you as a new player can contribute to winning a close war, but it takes preperation.

Secondly- Gold and quests. Never use gold if you can avoid it. Never. Don't use it to complete a quest because your in a rush. Don't use gold to buy the energy bars at the rather lame e-rep store they have. Etc, etc. You will not get it fast, or frequently. You gain 1g for leveling up. You gain 2-5g for the various medals that are possible. Media Mogul? Not an easy medal to hit, and it takes gold to even start a paper. Not worth it starting out, might become worth it if you decide to get into politics. But before you decide, "by golly, I am going to be a politician than" get used to your country forums, and learn about the people your playing with, talk to them there. That is the secret of politics, it happens most and best off the game server and on the forums of the people passionate about the game.

Quests- Do them if you can afford to, as the typical rewards are a microscope bit of experience, and strength or currency(not gold). If they want you to build stuff with gold, don't be in a rush to do that, as you might find better uses for gold. I know I am not providing much detail in that, but more information will be forthcoming as I figure things out again.

This is brief and there will be more to follow, as I am finally digesting the changes in the game.
