I'm really sorry that this was funny for me at the beginning. Now it isn't. It is serious problem and I'm not a thief. Thousands times I repeated to you in private messages that I'm not accepting any theft.
First rw started about 10th December?

I spent here 10 or 10k cc I simply didn't remember, it was on the beginning of my cadence. I didn't call for this rw it started spontaneously. I learnt here that this amount of money is nothing when you aren't prepared with free hits from your military group at the end of mini, my fail it was one of my very first times (maybe Chievo remember our talk when I said this to him?). Never mind, If something is missing it is probably about this rw thus I'm ready to pay for my lesson out of my pocket.

It wasn't opportunity to start it? We were crushed worse than in the previous one, which wasn't planned. Without any important reason. I spent here 8k for starting this war and 25k spent Chievo at my request (You should know how it's easy to get rid of money giving hiring mercenaries).

It started as private initiative, not mine but I support it 1st and 2nd div with 5k cc at the beginning which gave us well-promising 21:1.
At the end I must ask you - didn't you remember when I tried to talk with you at the beginning? Who didn't wanted to cooperate? Of course my expenses is my fault. But think about it. I wonder if any of these resistance wars would be won you were still disappointed about money on national organization.
I won't answer anybody here who tell me I'm thief or something. I said for which fault I can pay, nothing more nothing less.

Total war expenses are 25,000+19,000+5,000 = 49,000
69,000 is missing, therefore 69,000 - 49,000 = 20,000 AMD is still missing.
I spent this money for combat order in the battle of Syunik. I had an eye on this battle in the first rounds, If I'm not wrong I asked my friends from military unit for (free) help and we won some points. If I'm not wrong again we were (you and me) fighting in the same round and I win bh with 3 points in total score.
As I said missing currency is from this battle of Syunik, I didn't remember how much I spent. If it was 15k so 5 more then we had not 20 k but 15 missing. Now after me kacper paid for co also next 10k so there is only 5 missing. If I donate this 5k to the country treasure it would be okay?
Why you wouldn't be so much interested what is with money when you proposed sharing president office with our 3 parties? It was after my expenses, after 2nd resistance war. And I was waiting for these days when Kacper tell me to donate money to KokoAp. It didn't work out and it is yours revenge on me? I don't know.
It's not revenge, we asked for simple article with simple calculations, like all CP's do, and you acted like a kid and refused to do so.
I can do nothing, except shake my head.
Why complicate such a simple issue.
First of all, just so we all speak the same language, a few corrections to your terminology.
Support a RW means paying 1000 CC to the persons starting the war.
CO is the money you give to a Military unit to pay for foreigners to join the war.
Mixing up those two just confuses the subject.
We have no interest in revenge, just an accounting of the monies which belong to the country.
Secondly, we are not arguing whether opening the RW is justified or not. When you asked us to join in organizing the RW, we immediately accepted, no complaining, no argument. We fought in the war to the best of our abilities. And after we lost the war, we did not accuse you of wasting money either, even though that's what we privately thought.
Surely, if you paid money to some MU, you remember how much and which MU, like you remember the 25K given to the National Army? Is it too much to ask to add up some numbers?
