Hello, dear citizens of the eWorld!

This is an official announcement from the Philippine government to everyone who wants to have the honor of starting the Resistance War (RW) in one of our regions.

ePhilippines just got back on the map after being erased by Indonesia. Now, we will retake our three (3) other regions with the support of the Indonesian government.

Right now, we're looking for someone to start the RW in Luzon.



This auction is for the right to start the RW in that region, with the full support of the Philippine military, its militias, its populace and its allies. The Indonesian government has expressed full support in releasing said region, and may help in the RW, depending on their military priorities.

AUCTION MECHANICS

1. The auction is open to everyone and will be open for 24 hours starting from Day 1,263, 03:00 until Day 1,264, 03:00 (eRep time).

2. The minimum bid for the auction starts at 10g, and can only increase by whole number amounts (e.g. 11g, 12g, 15g, etc.).

3. The bids must be posted on the comments section of this article so everyone can monitor the proceedings.

4. Apart from the bids he/she made, the winner may secure his/her own 10K PHP to start the resistance war. The monetary market will be an abundant source of PHP, and Bank of Philippines (our official central bank) will be offering at least 12K PHPs @ 0.007g just in case.

5. The winner must be willing to follow the Philippine government's requested start time.



RW

1. At the end of the time period (Day 1,264, 03:00), the player with the highest bid will be awarded the honor of starting the Resistance War. A PM notification will be sent, containing instructions to finalize the deal.

2. The winning bidder must then donate the stated gold amount to Bank of Philippines.

3. Once the amount is received, the winner will be informed of the start time for the RW.


FAIL-SAFE PROVISIONS

1. If the winner fails to comply with the above conditions, the next highest bidder will be contacted and awarded the honor of starting the RW.

2. If someone decides to RW a region without our permission (an unauthorized RW), we will instruct our military, our citizens, militias and allies to fight for Indonesia.

3. Bids paid to Bank of Philippines are non-refundable. However, we have already proven that we are capable of winning the RWs by RWing one of our regions (Palawan) without the auction.
