If Poland is our friend why do they care if we RW back some of our regions?
Because the allocation of resources is more efficent if they know whats going on.
I can understand that but it just seems like Rican is trying to say RWing back one of our regions will piss them off or something.

Epo, because Poland might want to negotiate to keep some of our regions, for whatever purpose. I don't know if this is happening, but if it was then this might have hurt negotiations.
