Republica

Inainte de toate, felicitarile senatorilor alesi. Congresul din Romania saluta cu respect guvernul din Matzanesia.

E o republica. Jocul se intituleaza ca atara si desi avem mult de multumit presedintelui, congresul/senatul are o anume putere iar diferenta majora care poate fi pusa intre cele doua insititutii e controlul militar, alaturi de initiativa in aliante.

Pornind de la aceste premize, ar trebui sa existe un guvern care sa comande armata in cazul unui pericol iminent, fie pentru tara, fie pentru aliati. Ar trebui sa existe un guvern care administreaza trezoreria nationala, banca nationala si cursul valutar. Ar trebui sa existe un guvern care sa administreze infrastructura tarii. Iar congresul poate, si ar trebui sa faca acest lucru in lipsa unei conduceri din partea presedintiei.

A fost discutat in zilele anterioare despre o unire intre primele partide, care pot influenta soarta alegerilor. Foarte bine, zic eu acestei intitiative, dar sa o vedem in actiune acum. Exista 5 partide, si nu 4, iar reprezentantilor acestor partide le spun: hai la lucru. Incepeti sa vorbiti astfel incat sa avem o conducere.

Avem nevoie de armata noastra in control din nou. Desi comandatii sunt inca la posturi, avem nevoie sa vedem ca exista o "imagine mai mare"(dsalageanu) in spate. Sa existe un plan pentru viitor. De ziua tarii, sa avem trupele noastre defiland in capitala ca bravi eroi (au nevoie de o izbanda noua). Ii avem, acum sa nu lasam timpul sa treaca fara sa avem si un tel.

Desi e discutabil, cursul monetar e liber. Unii vor spune ca-i rau, altii vor spune ca-i bine, dar hai sa avem si un plan in spate.

Mai important, infrastructura tarii. Companiile care construiesc sisteme defensive si spitale de ultima generatie sunt lasate in paragina. Avem nevoie de un guvern pentru a le controla si a continua productia. Fie pentru noi, fie pentru aliati.

Era in care luptam in fiecare zi e posibil sa fi apus pentru o vreme. Exista lupte in continuare, precum cea din Africa de Sud, dar acestea e posibil sa nu apara in fiecare zi. O organizatie de tipul Crucii Rosii e ceruta aici pentru a creste productivitatea tarii.

Si ca un ultim punct, dar foarte important, avem nevoie de spitale de ultima generatie in toata tara. Vorbeam despre companiile nationale care le produc. Avem nevoie de aceste spitale pentru a aseza populatia intr-un mod egal pe toata suprafata (pe care o avem in momentul acesta, sunt provinciile noastre de baza), obtinand astfel un sistem mai bun la alegeri, prevenind preluarile politice, fie ca sunt din interior sau din exterior.

Pentru final, presedintilor de partid, va invit la discutii (o discutie e atunci cand fiecare are ceva de spus, nefiind doar masa oferita de o singura persoana) pentru unitate. Mai multe idei despre alegerile viitoare si despre economie vor veni. Pana atunci, hai sa ne obtinem guvernul.

The Republic

First of all, congratulations to all the elected congress members. The Romanian congress salutes with respect the government in Matzanesia.

It's a republic. The game calls itself as such and although we have much to thank our president, the congress does have some power and the major difference that can be put between the two institutions is the military control and initiative.

Given this as a starting point there should be a government to order the military in case of imminent danger. There should be a government that keeps the national treasury, the national bank and the currency under control. There should be a government that manages the infrastructure of the country. And the congress can, and should do this when lacking the leadership of a president.

It has been said in the previous days that a union between the top parties has been formed. Very well I say to this initiative, but let's see it in action. There are 5 top parties, and not 4. I say to the representatives of these parties: let's do it. Start talking and let's have some leadership.

We need our military back under control. Although the commanders are still in place, we need to see that there's a "bigger picture" (dsalageanu) in place. For the country celebration, let's have our troops march in our capital as brave warriors. We have them, now let's not let time pass by and do nothing.

Although it's debatable the currency is running free. Some will say it's bad, some will say it's good, but let's have it under a plan.

More important, it's the country infrastructure. The companies that build defense systems and hospitals are left as barren. We need a government to control and continue building.

The era in which we would fight each day may have come to an end for a while. There are still fights, as the one in South Africa, but these may not come each and every day. A Red Cross organization is needed to increase the productivity of the country.

And last, but important issue, we need the best hospitals all over the country. I was talking about the national companies. Well, we need these hospitals to get our population spread even over the country as this will lead to a better system in elections, and will prevent take overs, either from the inside or the outside.

Finally, party presidents, I invite you to a discussion (a discussion is one in which everyone has something to say) for unity. More notes will come having in mind the future elections and the economy. Until then, let's have our government.
