Greetings, fellow citizens of the Republic of the Philippines!
Here are some interesting news from Americas:



THE WAR IN THE NORTH OF SOUTH AMERICA.

As you know there is a long war in the north of South America.
On one hand Venezuela, firm ally of Spain, rents them several regions to let the spaniards get the bonus weapons with rubber and oil.
Colombia declared war on both and, with the help of its allies, finally achieved to kick the spaniards out of America, while spaniards were busy in their endless war with Portugal.
Meanwhile Mexico entered in the war declaring NE over Colombia.
Then Spain declared then NE over its ally Venezuela for getting again their bonus while Colombia was fighting on two fronts against Mexicans and Venezuelans.
The scenario is further complicated by the entry of our taiwanese neighbors, using as a platform to attack our province of Visayas.
In a decision that certainly interested to our country, Taiwan has declared NE over Mexico declaring war.
The Mexicans tried to lose Pacifica region against Colombia via RW to close the border, but failed and Taiwan entered the conflict.


Currently the area is a tinderbox, with six active battles.

Today Taiwan is winning in Pacífica and it seems that in hours that region will be taiwanese.
The plan of Mexico is now to lose the RW at Caribe e Insular against Colombia, in order to close the border and prevent their original territories from a taiwanese attack. The result of that battle is uncertain at this point in time.
Otherwise, Venezuela and Colombia keep fighting for two regionsin the centre, while Spain conquers the penultimate region of Venezuela in the north.
When spaniards achieve to wipe Venezuela, they will lose the NE, and may declare it back to Colombia. Venezuela will recover then their not rented regions via RW.
It seems that then Spain and Venezuela will attack Colombia while the mexican fights against Taiwan.
In the unlikely event that Spain and Venezuela achieve to erase Colombia, they will attack Taiwan to help Mexico.
Meanwhile, indirectly, Portugal remains very important, draining damage to Spain by RWs and directly helping their colombian allies and, likely, helping the taiwanese too.



USA ULTIMATUM TO POLAND. CTRL ENDANGERED.

In the north, it semms that CTRL alliance (USA-Brazil-Poland-Spain) could exploit
As you know USA and Brazil come from TEDEN and Poland and Spain from ONE.
Although the new alliance was formed, the four countries kept almost all of his former allies and signed MPPs.
USA has demanded Poland to break their MPPs with Serbia -bitter enemy of the Americans- and Hungary.
If Poland doesn´t do that, USA threatens to declare war to them, which would mean that Spain would support their traditional polish allies and CTRL could be breaked into pieces.
Poland has responded with a proposal to renew their MPP with the serbs. Currently the result is highly in favor of renove it.
Brazil has strengthened relations with Spoland so much, but also they are an old ally of USA, so it is unknown how them could proceed in this conflict.
It seems that, if there are no effective and urgent diplomatic moves , the newly created CTRL will have a very short life.
