Report from Hungary

First of all, I want to thank you to that 9 voters for letting me be the part of eBundestag, and to KPeD for letting me run for congress. Unfortunately, loss of SSH was needed to my success... Anyway, I try to be an active and useful congressmember.

Reading articles for me is one of the most important activity in eRep. Since I have been here in eGermany I couldn't stop dwelling on the Hungarian media, I used to it. What's going in eHungary? Long story short: Although the country and ONE are unstoppable on the battlefields, falling into a deep moral crisis.

The eWorld is conquered. Is the defeated sleeping?

Hungary has 32 regions, but the most part hasn't got direct connection to the motherland. The lack of the production bonuses distressed the population who started to envy the success of their allies. After the end of overproduction (due to the game changes) a lot of Hungarian emigrated to Poland for bonus. A few days later Poland closed his border, and set a limit to sharing citizenship for the solders of fortune. The answer was discontent. After it, the MoFA started the negoitation with Slovakia, and Hungary conquered regions of Austria, but it was only good for +20% bonus in food industry. (the current status is +40% weapon, +60% food) Because the main military campaing went through four contries, the original plan of Tricium was the replacement of the capital for gaining bonuses, but the citizens didn't accept this.
Other solution could be keeping a trading route. I think nobody from the goverment thinks that this could be a permanent solution, but it's perfect for cheep populism. (update: This article is comming from the president, about the possibilities.) Let's see, what is needed for the bride from the oil of Luisiana to Budapest, after the agreement with eSlovakia.

Everybody wants Deutschschweiz!

The topic whereby the media was loud today is Deutschschweiz. The missing regio. It belongs to Slovenia at this moment, and this is important for their economy. Slovenia has been fighting alongside Hungary for ages, a little and loyal ONE supporter country. In the recent past Slovenia let a regio for Macedonia (Liguria, cattle), and ono of their core regios, Prekmurje for Croatia. (btw the latter was a condition of the Serbian-Croatian peace-treaty) The government couldn't shoulder the decision in front of the voters, so a referendum will come clean in this issue. Now I want to quote something from this article...

This is on the Deutschschweiz-issue, both Hungary and Slovenia wants is. It is much more profitable for us, though it is in their hand. I dont have any offenses against them, even the germano-slovakian regions could be used to the connect our empire, simply, we have waited too much. This issue could have been solved by the diplomats, now it must be done by the people. I promise to start an RW as soon as i have the money."

As far as I could remeber, eGermany had a very good reltionship with eSlovenia. They were renting Schleswig-Holstein and Hamburg for months, and it wasn't harmful for the friendship. I think this is a historical moment for our MoFA to get back offically an old ally! The conquerors are vulnerable very much. It's a common knowledge, but the conquerors usually forget it. Every single soldier would count double in the wars if they changed side. Who has such a worst friend like Hungary, doesn't need enemy. I remember the wreckling of the Brasilian-Hungarian relationship. The starting points were the same: envy, impatience, greed and false pride.

So Slovenia, join us! Resistance is much more fun, than being a slave of an other country. :3
