Rental Agreement and NAP between The Polish Eagle - eGermany

for Polish Eagle: The Polish Eagle (Emperor)

Return of Hesse:
eGerman officials will initiate the return of Hesse to The Polish Eagle immeditely after the agreement becomes effective.

Non Agression Pact:
Germany and TPE agree not to attack each other. No open war should be started between Germany and TPE, with the exception of Training Wars or Region Swaps officially declared by both of the signatories’ involved CPs.
Furthermore eGermany officials will not support or start any actions to remove the presence of TPE in Hesse. In case of resistance wars started by hostile or unknown players, eGermany will manage all necessary countermeasures on own account.

Poland will act as neutral mediator to ensure that both parties respect the signed treaty.

German neutrality:
Germany agrees not to join any alliance for two months and will furthermore not sign a MPP with the any other state except eAustria.

Objects of renting:
Original egerman region Hesse (High Äppler, low football).

Time of renting:
eGermany agrees to rent out the named regions over 2 months to TPE. If the relations between eGermany and TPE have been observed to be stable and reliable, the rental agreement can be prolonged for another 2 months, if the parties (respective CP, Emperor & congress) agree (every other modification than prolonging the actual agreement must result in a new compact).

Payment:
Usual conditions: A monthly payment about 17g into the egerman state account on every 10th of the month until the agreement ends regularly or by violation of conditions. The first payment has to be made immediately after the agreement becomes effective
