Rent Treaty between eSouth Africa and eRussia

I. THE RENT

1. The Republic of eSouth Africa and the Republic of eRussia hereby agree to sign the following rent treaty and to be abide by its clauses.

2. The Republic of eSouth Africa rents 2 (Two) regions, namely Limpopo and Mpulanga, to the Republic of eRussia according to the following rent treaty.

3. The Republic of eRussia transfers the payment for the rent to the Republic of eSouth Africa in accordance with the payment schedule introduced by Paragraph II of this treaty.

4. All payments are made in the monetary market CC equivalent of the amounts of Gold introduced by this treaty, the rate being counted on the date of the transfer, but at a rate no less than 224.5 CC/1 Gold.

5. All expenses on the side of the Republic of eRussia are carried by khotko (http://www.erepublik.com/en/citizen/profile/4757146 )

6. All payments are made through monetary market or donation to an organization or a game account specified by the Governor of The RBSA of The Republic of eSouth Africa.

7. The Country President of the Republic of eRussia notifies the Country President of the Republic of eSouth Africa of the payment procession.

II. THE PAYMENT SCHEDULE

1. No later than on 11th of July The Republic of Russia transfers 200 Gold to The Republic of eSouth Africa for the de facto rented period of 21 day (June 18th - July 9th 2013) and other connected costs.

2. No later than on 17th of July The Republic of Russia transfers 50 Gold to The Republic of eSouth Africa for the de facto rented period of 7 days (July 10th - July 16th 2013).

3. No later than on 24th of July The Republic of Russia transfers 50 Gold to The Republic of eSouth Africa for the de facto rented period of 7 days (July 17th - July 23rd 2013).

4. No later than on 31th of July The Republic of Russia transfers 50 Gold to The Republic of eSouth Africa for the de facto rented period of 7 days (July 24th - July 30th 2013).

5. No later than on the 5th of August The Republic of Russia transfers 50 Gold to The Republic of eSouth Africa for the de facto rented period of 5 days (August 1st - August 5th 2013).

III. BILATERAL AGREEMENTS ON THE RENT


1. The Republic of eSouth Africa shall take no direct or indirect military steps against the Republic of eRussia as long as the treaty is active. No Resistance wars in the rented regions shall be started or supported by The Republic of eSouth Africa, its Country President, its Government and army.
The mentioned legal bodies shall also not call for support of third parties in the possible Resistance wars.
In case a Resistance war starts in any of the regions, the mentioned legal bodies shall fight for Russia in such Resistance war.
Russia and its army shall also fight in the Resistance war protecting the control over region.

2. In case a Resistance war in any of the rented regions is successful, the Republic of eRussia will declare an NE law to the Republic of eSouth Africa and return the rented regions. eRussia will then return the regions not eligible for the rent to eSouth Africa and shall not take upon steps to attack states allied to the Republic of eSouth Africa upon reaching border with them other in a case of their direct attack.

3. In case of a serious military threat to eSouth Africa endangering its Congress, the Republic of eRussia shall return one of the regions to eSouth Africa to provide a Congress, decreasing the due rent payments by 2 times, and will take upon steps to protect eSouth Africa from such threat.
The region shall be returned in the time negotiated by the Country Presidents.

4. Clause 3 of the present Paragraph has preference over Clause 2.

IV. AMENDMENT, PROLONGATION AND TERMINATION OF THE TREATY

1. This treaty may be terminated in the following cases:
- non-effection of the rental payment;
- the decision of a new Country President of any of the Parties to this treaty elected at August 5th 2013 to terminate the treaty;
- loss of both rented regions due to actions of a third party.

2. In case of termination of the treaty the Republic of eRussia shouldn't take any steps to hold the rented regions any further.
The Termination of the treaty frees both Parties of mutual obligations arising from the present treaty.

3. This treaty may be modified in the period of 5 days by the Country Presidents of the Republic of eSouth Africa and the Republic of eRussia elected on 5th August 2013 on their mutual agreement.

4. This treaty may be prolonged on the present conditions, with the prolongation decision made in the period of 5 days by the Country Presidents of the Republic of eSouth Africa and the Republic of eRussia elected on 5th August 2013.
