Rendkívüli helyzetek rendkívüli embereket kívánnak. Mi, a kormány, a kongresszus, és minden tapasztalt játékos azon dolgozik, hogy megbirkózzunk ezzel a helyzettel. Mégis szükségesnek látom, hogy kinevezzem Adam Zahovay-t a rendkívüli helyzet kormánybiztosává. Akik már játszanak egy ideje, azoknak nem kell magyaráznom ezt azt hiszem; az újaknak csak annyit, hogy Adam kétszeres elnök, és ő kezdte el Magyarországot felvirágoztatni az ország elfoglalása után - azaz van tehetsége arra, hogy különleges helyzetekben hatékonyan működjön. Kérek mindenkit, cégtulajdonost, gazdasági szereplőket, hogy működjetek együtt vele - és természetesen a kormány többi tagjával is.

Special circumstances demand special people. We, the government, the congress and all experienced players work to handle this situation. Even so, I saw it necessary to nominate Adam Zahovay as a special commissioner in charge of the extreme situation as it regards economy.
