Megkísérlem vizionálni az interaktív sztenderdizációt. Szükséges lenne birtokba venni az egységsugarú emberi erõforrást. Az eddigiek szerint kell kultiválni az attraktív minõség-monitoringot. Egy megoldás van: újrapozícionálni a széles körben használt mûködési költségeket.
